Q: How do I use Employee Self-Service?
A:

The Employee Self-Service application is easy to use and is limited in functionality. After you login with your Lawson user name and password, you will see a list of functions.

There are only a few options available. Use the Lawson system from your workstation to access additional options.

Click on one of the options and follow the corresponding directions.

Q: What are the PC requirements?

Using any other web browser will result in unpredictable problems.

Q: How many failed login attempts am I allowed before I am locked out of my account?

Q: What do I do if I was logged out due to inactivity?
A:

For security reasons, you will be automatically logged out after 30 minutes of inactivity. You can log back in when you are ready to proceed with your business.

WARNING: If you are automatically logged out of the website while entering your annual benefits enrollment information, you must start over after logging back in.

Q: What is the purpose of that security code?
A:

The security code is randomly generated and provides an additional level of security. You must type in the displayed security code before you can enter the employee self-service website.

The security code is NOT case sensitive.

Q: I forgot my Lawson user name and/or password. How can I obtain that information?
A:

Click the Reset Your Password link from the login screen.

Q: I continue to receive an error messages regarding an invalid user name or password. What do I do?
A:

If you are receiving an invalid password message, Reset Your Password.

If you received an invalid user name message, consult with your department/office coordinator who can contact the I.T. Service Desk for assistance.

Q: Whom should I contact with questions regarding Pay Checks, Year to Date (W2) or Leave Balances option?

Please consult with your department/office payroll coordinator.
Q: Will other Lawson functions be added to Employee Self-Service?

Additional Lawson functions may be added in the future dependent upon frequency of use and other factors.
