Where do I pick up my exhibits?
A:
Exhibits may be picked up at the Fort Bend County Justice Center, located at 1422 Eugene Heimann Circle, in Richmond across from the Sheriff's office.
What are your office hours?
A:
We are open Monday – Friday, from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. We are closed on holidays. You may consult the Fort Bend County Web page under the "How Do I" section for Holiday closures.
Can I send someone else to pick up the exhibits?
A:
You can come in person, send a runner or any other person designated in the Order to Withdraw or in writing by your office.
What do I do if I don't want the exhibits?
A:
Return the response copy of the Exhibit Destruction Notice, with the box checked indicating that you do not want to claim the exhibits.
What if I want to claim the exhibits before the clerk processes a destruction notice?
A:
A Motion and Order to Withdraw Exhibits will need to be submitted and signed by the Judge, before exhibits can be released by the District Clerk.
May I get copies of exhibits?
A:
Copies can be obtained for $1.00 per page, unless the exhibit is too large to copy.
May I check out exhibits?
A:
Exhibits may be viewed in the District Clerk’s Office but cannot be checked out by anyone other than court personnel.

Free viewers are required for some of the attached documents.
